Manmade vertical systems contradict cosmic harmony. We shall have to imitate the cosmos to get a better human social systems on earth. I am not in the habit of predicting or making forecasts, but what I strongly perceive now is that Nature is in a demolition mode.
She is demolishing all vertical structures one by one. You may find it in countries, organisations, society, families everywhere.
What is verticality?
It is the basic hierarchal system or the exclusivity index human mind perceives. Top is powerful, bottom is meant to serve the top. The Everest peak is what is the ruler and its broad base is what is meant to hold it aloft. In social systems we have it as somebody on higher positioning than you and you have to serve him or her. All these structures are breaking down. They have already crumbled in European countries to some extent. But, the irony is that we are falling for a horizontal systems to remedy the situation. Horizontal systems are nothing but a vertical system at 90 degrees flat! I hope you will understand it. Vertical or horizontal systems only make you exclusive.
Centrality is Natural
Nature follows the system of centrality. There is a galactic centre, around which is arranged a cluster of stars. The entire galaxy looks like a big spiral. A spiral is nothing but an expanding circle! Our solar system also follows the same cosmic plan. Our bodies too follow the same plan—examine how the embryo grows in the womb, it circles, circles, circles and from a disc-shaped mass pops out a head, hands, legs. The centre is naval during this time. But, then we come out of the womb, learn to walk, get vertical and gradually grow in exclusivity called ego (everything is thought in terms of verticality thereafter)—the seed of all social, family and geographical problems. This verticality gets horizontal under the impact of another verticality, only to reverse roles in the time- space-and-causation law. The horizontality becomes vertical and the vertical, horizontal. It is going on for ages now.
What we need is a central structure, which is as inclusive as the solar system. It is like the atomic structure—there is a centre and everything is arranged around it. The centre sustains and gravitates—it doesn’t exclude itself from its orbiters. Nature is forcing the centrality once again—after some years you shall find centric structures developing all across the globe, wherein heaping verticality shall collapse into orbiting centres of inclusivity. In a nutshell, the system shall work as inclusivity and continuity shall be the hallmark of it and not the weighty top crushing its own constituents as it is in the vertical system. Verticality is a disease like auto-immune syndrome wherein your cells start eating your cells! Go for centrality of systems yourself where there is a common centre and cooperative wheeling all around! That is what Krishna indicates in his statement of Discourse 10. Aham sarvasya prabhavo, mattah sarvam pravartatey…I am the central cause of everything, from Me all wheels move on in circles (pravartatey means this).
